Policies

By purchasing a service, you are confirming that you understand and agree to ALL policies listed below. If you have any questions, feel free to email us or DM us on Instagram.

Payments

All payments must be submitted through the website or via PayPal. The FULL payment must be made in order for me to begin your project. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refunds + Cancellations

All services are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please communicate with us and ensure that you are 100% satisfied before the final files are sent. Once the final files have been sent, there will be an additional charge for any changes.

If you would like to cancel a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that you will not receive a refund should you decide to terminate your project. If you wish to rebook the service after a cancellation, you will be required to pay for the service again.

Revisions + Files

Clients are given 3 complementary revisions (color and font change etc.). Any additional revisions requires a charge of $10. A major change such as layout or concept is a redesign and requires an additional charge of $20.

All files will be sent as .jpg, .png or .pdf depending on the requested service. 

All drafts will be watermarked until the client's approval of final design. 

Turnaround Time

Turnaround Time varies for each service to be sure to read when booking. Turnaround time begins after your payment and all project information has been received.

Turnaround time does NOT include weekends and holidays.

Rush fees can be applied to services for an additional $20.

Communication

Communication is KEY between the designer and the client.

If a client has not submitted their project information within 1 week of booking the service, there will be a late charge of $10.

If a client has not communicated with us for 30 days, their project will be terminated and no refund will be issued.
